About The Event
This workshop is for women, it is a safe place to get any and all questions related to their financial health answered. We will be discussing:
- How women have changed since the early 1900's in regards finance and education
- Financial planning basics- the 101's
- What obstacles you may face at different ages
- Any questions they may have
The workshop will be lead by Sona Ramnani, RICP®, a Financial and Investment Advisor from Vital Planning Group.
Sona’s area of focus is helping her clients develop a sound financial strategy for the future. Sona works extensively with
medical professionals in all stages of their career helping them with the knowledge and insights they need to make
informed financial decisions with confidence. These strategies include managing debt, accumulating wealth, managing
risk, minimizing taxes, and investing for the long term. Sona obtained her Retirement Income Certified Professional®
(RICP®) designation, which provides comprehensive instruction on building integrated and comprehensive retirement
income plans. After completing her bachelor’s degree in finance and economics at Quinnipiac University in Connecticut,
Sona started her career as a financial advisor with Barnum Financial Group before joining Vital Planning Group, a firm
supported by the resources of Barnum Financial Group.
Wine and tea will be served. Outside food is welcome if you would like to bring along your own dinner.
