About The Event
The ULTIMATE weekend for getting back to our best and most inspired selves.
In need of a little time outside the city? We feel you!
Join us for a trip upstate to relax, unwind, get in touch back with ourselves, and enjoy the company of some wonderful women.
Here's the flexible schedule:
Friday
Meet in Midtown Manhattan after work and carpool 1.5 hours upstate to Kingston, New York.
We will be staying in the zen-filled live/work loft home of our beloved Camaraderie Member and Founder of Whole Clarity, Connie DaSilva.
We'll circle up for some spirit cleansing, journaling, intention-setting and manifestation lecture, accompanied by a vegetarian snack spread and wine.
Saturday
We'll CHILL all the way out today, and start by visiting the Kingston Farmer's Market.
We'll have the chance to be led in a restorative yoga session by Jane Shelby Meyer (www.janeshelbymeyer.com/about), to activate breath and restore balance to our bodies.
After lunch, we will engage in an intuitive painting session, creating canvases that we are able to take with us.
We'll cook a group dinner and then have the choice to head out to a local bar or stay in for a silent reading session or film screening.
Sunday
We'll wake up to facials and pampering while snacking on a breakfast spread.
Then we'll head down to the Kingston waterfront for a morning coffee and stroll.
We'll embark on a local hike to spy some awesome caves and get our toes in touch with nature, before heading to one of my most tranquil little beaches New York has to offer!
We will return to the city at 8.30pm.
Transportation, all meals, wine, yoga class, painting session and facials are all included in cost.
Attendees will be asked for information regarding food allergies and preferences closer to event date.
Event is open to Camaraderie Members only. Places are extremely limited.
