In this meditative journey, you’ll work with hypnosis meditation, neural manifestation, & journaling prompts to craft a powerful vision for what you want to create for yourself this year -- from finding your purpose, to feeling more confident and fulfilled, to building self-love & more. You’ll learn the basics of how to work with the subconscious mind to create rapid and long-lasting change in your life, and be guided through a hypnosis meditation to start setting yourself up for a powerfully aligned year.
