Join The Camaraderie community to sweat it out in a quick 30-minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout alongside the shimmering Hudson River as the sun sets.
We will gather as a group to follow along with an intense but short workout routine that will get our blood pumping, while the evening river breeze keeps us cool along the way. The workout will be for all levels, and is group-led (not led by a professional instructor). We believe that 'casual and fun' is the best way to get our bodies moving in a safe and enjoyable way, amongst new friends and the best backdrops any city could offer.
Join us after work to activate your muscles and put in some effort, before perhaps heading home to a hot shower and good dinner, feeling better than you might have in a long time!
Come along for the chance to meet some other local ladies, get in a fast but powerful workout and start your week off right!
