Summer Season - Wild For Arch Ballet

Experience Arch Ballet's Summer Performance Season fusing breathtaking contemporary ballet with EDM heart pumping music, a live neo-classical string quartet, light art installations, ink in water visual backdrops, and fashion inspired glass tutus. 

Post-performance, we'll join the cast and crew of the show for a philanthropic Wild for Arch Ballet party hosted by Arch Ballet Benefactors and Hotel Chantelle.

The evening opens with Château, a dance of poisonous intrigue accompanied by a rich neoclassical score for a string quartet. Layers of lush fabric portray the dark intricate architecture of Château de Fontainebleau.

In contrast, vibrant color and electronic dance music energize our second piece, Pointe in Motion. Choreography inspired by the fluidity of thought, set against an ink-in-water backdrop, blend into a visually stunning performance.

An imaginative World Premiere closes the evening on a grand scale. Glass tutus and chromatic costumes dance beneath a luminescent art installation, transporting the audience to an electric realm of possibility. 

Join Arch Ballet Benefactors for a philanthropic post-performance benefit and silent auction, Wild for Arch Ballet, held nearby at Hotel Chantelle. Guests are encouraged to wear safari chic or animal print attire. Cocktails and appetizers will be available for purchase.

NYC's Arch Ballet (A|B) is the brainchild of Artistic Director and Choreographer Sheena Annalise. Founded in 2013, at a time when less than a quarter of U.S. ballet companies were led by women, A|B emerged with a singular mission: to ensure the continuous evolution of ballet, designed for an inclusive and varied 21st century audience.
