Self Care Sunday: Guided Sauna, Plunge & Sound Immersion

Join The Camaraderie NYC for a Sunday morning self care session that will be nothing short of a revitalizing experince for the body and mind. We'll be attending the brand new location of Othership in Flatiron, where we will be guided through a sonic sweat session, helping us to discover the resonance of our authentic selves. When we synchronize with ourselves and others, we unlock a state of flow, enabling us to lead our most harmonious lives. 

Expect a sauna to sweat, ice bath plunges to drop-in, towel waving, aromatherapy, breathwork, vocal toning, periods of complete darkness, sharing and sound healing instruments.

Bathing suits are required and the experience will last 75 minutes.

Open to all NYC women and first timers are encouraged.

Our events are 100% friendly and welcoming, specifically designed for ladies to attend alone and without knowing anyone prior!
