Join The Camaraderie as we get together with speaker, writer, and mindset coach Katie Horwitch to discuss building confidence, harnessing positivity, and shifting your self-talk during uncertain times. 

Learn how to meet yourself where you're at (instead of where you wish you COULD be), recharge your internal batteries, and set yourself up for success no matter what the holiday season holds.  In this workshop, you'll walk away with: -Tools to help you maximize your energy, no matter how you're feeling - Strategies to get ahead of fear, self-doubt, and overwhelm, and tackle them when they arise - Practical self-care strategies to help you truly take care of yourself (especially if you’re always taking care of others)  Bring a journal and something to write with, grab yourself a glass of wine or cup of tea, and join this video call with an open mind and open heart.

Katie Horwitch is the founder of WANT: Women Against Negative Talk – a platform that gives women tools, insight, and inspiration to move forward in their lives by shifting their negative self-talk patterns.

Katie brings to the table over a decade of experience in the wellness lifestyle editorial space, and almost two decades in public speaking and performance. She has spoken across the country – from SXSW and Lululemon to corporate workshops and body-positive pageants – about self-confidence, living fearlessly, and shifting the emotional DNA that’s helped shape our negative self-talk patterns. She is passionate about tackling subjects like loneliness, jealousy, self-worth, and supporting visionary women taking a pragmatic, proactive approachs to the full spectrum of life’s high highs and low lows.
