In this guided discussion led by Israa Nasir, we will talk about how to increase emotional resilience and build healthy strategies to manage your feelings.
Israa Nasir is committed to making changes and finding creative solutions to the most pressing problems facing healthcare. She is a clinically trained psychotherapist, with over five years experience in community mental health and private practice. Her work and interest is in reducing the stigma around mental health, exploring the interaction between mental health and identity, and encouraging meaningful conversation around wellness. Currently, she works at the intersection of technology and healthcare, developing tech-enabled mental health solutions to reduce barriers to accessing care.
