If we do not direct attention to our shadow - our unconscious mind - it will rule us and continue to show up in unhealthy patterns in our lives. Our shadow can be our greatest ally to finding our gifts, healing our life, and deriving great pleasure from everything!

Savannah Freemyer is an Integrative Wellness and Life Coach specializing in sex, love, and relationships, especially the relationship we have with self. She uses tools such as massage therapy, Reiki, guided meditations, and yoga combined with the knowledge of raw experience in her own life, plus a full medicine bag of tools and exercises to customize a transformational experience for each client. She has healed from many painful events in her own life, and is passionate about sharing the wisdom with others.
