About The Event
COVID-19 has raised unprecedented issues for employees, as many of us now feel that we are living at work, instead of working from home, with boundaries between personal life and work life having been blurred.
Employment lawyer, Theresa D’Andrea, Esq., an associate at Morrison Cohen LLP, joins us for an interesting and informative session to address how we as employees can empower ourselves while teleworking during the COVID-19 pandemic and to help avoid the risk of burnout.
This talk will allow you to ask all of your questions regarding teleworking during a pandemic, such as:
- How to lawfully set boundaries with your employers
- How to talk to your supervisors about what tools you may need to continue to perform your job responsibilities while at home
- What federal or state paid leave entitlements can help you avoid burnout during the pandemic
Additionally, you are welcome to submit any burning questions you may have beforehand to hello@thecamaraderienyc.com – all questions will be answered!
