About The Event
As we approach a month of ‘shelter-in-place’ here in NYC, we’re all still adjusting to this brand new lifestyle! We’re learning how to stay home more, juggle face-time dates, and deal with the ever-present 24-news cycle.
Many emotional responses can come up under stressful times, especially while spending time with family and friends or seeing a large increase in the rate of communication via video calls, etc. At a time like this, our personal boundaries become even more necessary to help keep us emotionally healthy.
In this one hour guided discussion, we will talk about setting boundaries with: family and friends, work, social media and news. Together, we will identify some challenges that can come up and talk through creative ways to set boundaries during this time!
