About The Event
If it is your first time trying Jiu Jitsu, you will experience a 45 minute introductory class in a safe, supportive and all-female environment!
Instructors are on hand as a resource, and there are women to train and drill with once we have a move or two up our sleeve.
It's going to be a whole lot of fun and play. What a way to start your Sunday!
Water bottles and granola bars will be provided.
