Ladies Day Out: The Jazz Age Lawn Party

The Camaraderie is donning  our best 1920's getup and heading out to  the Jazz Age Lawn Party this summer! Revel in this chance to soak in a day of bliss and delight in the sun among endless cheer and fabulous company!

The Jazz Age Lawn Party is the world’s original and largest prohibition era inspired gathering. The event started in 2005 as a small gathering on NYC’s Governors Island, and has since grown into one of the worlds most beloved events. This historically sold out event attracts thousands of time travelers each year, who come together to discover the music and zeitgeist of the 1920s. Consistently selected by the New York Times as one of the year’s most memorable events, Jazz Age Lawn Party offers a unique, interactive opportunity to relive one of the most colorful and formative epochs in American history.

You can expect a glamorous and original Prohibition era inspired lawn party with live jazz music, a sprawling dance floor, and performances from Michael Arenella & His Dreamland Orchestra, Queen Esther and other special guest performers!

There'll be Paper Moon photo booths, vintage clothing vendors, croquet, fabulous dancers to watch in awe, a peabody dance lesson if we wish to learn, the High Court of Pie (Pie Baking) competition to witness (and try if we're lucky!), a display of women and gents in fabulous 1920's bathing suits and refreshing retro cocktails. We'll get to try New York’s fanciest picnicking fare and gourmet food trucks along with sweet treats, ice cream and old-time snacks as well.

Attendance is capped, so don't wait to register.

Open to all NYC women and first timers are encouraged.

Our events are 100% friendly and welcoming, specifically designed for ladies to attend alone and without knowing anyone prior!

Your registration fee will cover admission and admin fees.

All food and beverage will be pay-as-you-go.
