Join us for an inclusive conversation with Health Coach & Master of Habit Change, Catherine Wu, to discuss how to maintain achievements and success in healthy and mindful ways in 2019.
We will explore ways to slow down and accomplish more with less effort, maintaining our well-being day-to-day.
You will receive guidance for managing your mental and emotional life by learning to tailor your environment and behavioral habits. Topics touched on will include methods for mindset shifts, ideas about engaging in activities and nutrition that will provide energy for our unique bodies and even how-to's for restful nights of sleep that will leave you feeling refreshed and capable.
