Cocktails & A Seriously Creepy Haunted East Village Walking Tour

Join The Camaraderie community for a night to remember, celebrating the Halloween season with a creepy and curious walking tour of the haunted histories of the infamous East Village neighborhood. 

We'll meet at a bar after work on Friday evening and toast to the end of another week, indulging in a cocktail or two. Then at 9.30pm we'll head off on our great adventure, led by Frankie, "a popular East Village bartender character who knows all the ins and outs of this neck of the woods. She's heard all of the wildest neighborhood tales over the bar, and will spin a yarn that will chill you to the bone."

We'll find a hidden cemetery whose ghosts have wandered into the hotel next door, visit a Soviet-themed bar whose previous owner, a famed New York mobster, still keeps an eye on things. We'll see where Harry Houdini, world famous escape artist, left his handcuffs (and maybe much more). We'll find ghost trains on the Subway, a theater haunted by its founder, and Edgar Allen Poe’s final drinking place. 

Most New Yorkers don’t think twice before descending into the subway system, but some who have gone into the Astor Place station say they’re lucky to have made it out. We can't wait to find out why, on a nighttime walk around some of the most curious parts of our beloved city, with an awesome group of ladies and Halloween accessories of course!

Join us for an evening of spooks and stories as the infamous East Village "Bartender" shows us the best spirits of the Lower East Side.

Our events are 100% friendly and welcoming, specifically designed for ladies to attend alone and without knowing anyone prior.

Your registration fee will cover the tour and admin fees. All beverages and snacks will be pay-as-you-go.
