Camaraderie X The Gay Salon

Open to ALL women. This event is not about personal orientation or preferences. 

How do you make connections in a world that makes connecting so difficult? What are some ways to navigate life in New York City that are meaningful, important, smart and sophisticated without also being annoying or expensive? How can your experience as a woman help other women experience life to its fullest? 

These and many other questions will be answered in fun, engaging and exciting ways when The Gay Salon comes to The Camaraderie! The Gay Salon launched in 2014 as a way for gay men — and now women — to put down their phones and listen and learn from one another about what life is all about today. Each salon features a series of curated questions about relationships, careers, current events and other topics, asked in a variety of formats including anonymous ballots, speed rounds and small groups. To date, The Gay Salon has assembled hundreds of people for spirited, thought-provoking and delightfully challenging conversations.

Erik Piepenburg is the creator and host of The Gay Salon, a curated conversation series based in New York City. By day, he is the features editor at Serino Coyne, a live entertainment advertising and marketing agency. He also writes frequently for The New York Times, where he was a reporter and editor for almost 15 years.

Wine and healthy dinner snacks will be served.
