Beer Tasting Workshop with Certified Cicerone

Join New York’s first female certified cicerone and Hop Culture as we close out our week of women in beer, Beers With(out) Beards, with an afternoon of bagel bites (courtesy of Court Street Bagels), beer flights and tasting insights at Brooklyn's premier craft beer bar, St. Gambrinus Beer Shoppe.

Anne Becerra began her career at the storied NYC beer bar, Ginger Man before stints at the Blind Tiger and Pony Bar. Today as the Beverage Director at Treadwell Park she spends her days crafting and expertly executing the perfect combination of beers.

In our workshop she’ll walk you step-by-step through the 4 main ingredients of beer - water, malt, hops and yeast - offering tastes of up to 5 different beer styles with a focus on local breweries. Whether you’re just getting into craft beer or you’re looking to up your knowledge come join Hop Culture and Anne Becerra at St. Gambrinus Beer Shoppe for an afternoon of learning and libations.
