An Evening of Essential Oils & Self Care

Join The Camaraderie community for a feel-good aromatherapy experience, in honor of International Women's Day. 

We will learn how to use essential oil blends to support our emotional, mental, and physical needs and health.

We'll be combining fun and wellness for this unique experience with therapeutic essential oils chosen for their calming, uplifting, and healing aromatics. 

We'll be guided through a thorough introduction of the many uses and benefits of various essential oils and shown how to create simple self-care practices and wellness rituals. We'll discover wellness practices to help ease mental stress, calm the nervous system, ease physical tension, and help with mental focus and clarity. Learn how essential oils can be used as natural alternatives to support your well-being, create a healthy home environment, and as a means to a life grounded in wellness, mindfulness, and self-care.

Then, we'll get to make our own aromatherapy blend using therapeutic essential oils, and take it home with us!

There'll be wine, snacks and beautiful company to boot, as we spend the evening together celebrating the glory that it is to be a woman and learning how to prioritize our self care now and into the future.

Open to all women and first-timers are encouraged! Our events are 100% friendly and welcoming, specifically designed for ladies to attend alone and without knowing anyone prior!

Your registration covers the aromatherapy workshop, essential oil blend to take home, wine, snacks and admin fees.
