It can be a daunting task to find time to sit and think about the future and create a powerful plan that you’ll feel inspired to follow through with. That is EXACTLY why we are hosting this workshop. 

We're going to help you get clear about your goals, dreams and intentions for 2020. You don’t need to come with the answers! We will guide you through a process that unlocks your body's hidden wisdom and desires, and then show you how to create a vision board to support your most desired targets for 2020, and beyond!

Embodied Vision 2020: A Unique Vision Boarding Workshop. 

We will kick off the festivities with an overview of vision boarding and some of the best tips we know for creating them. We will follow this with a breathwork meditation to help open your senses and get your creative juices flowing.

Then, we’ll dive deeper with Madeleine Grace, who uses sound as medicine, creating sonic elixirs that invite you to surge past the barriers of the safe and expected, into the depths of uncharted melodies that comprise your heart. Focusing on the movement of sound through the body, Madeleine creates an ethereal and atmospheric sound experience that facilitates the discovery of your connection to the infinite source of love that is accessible to all of us.

Your ticket includes use of cardboard and magazines that will be provided. 

Tea and light snacks will also be served.
