Remote Cook Club: Spring Rolls

Join The Camaraderie NYC and Lisa Li for a Virtual Cook Club featuring the delicious, crowd-pleasing, all-time favorite appetizer, Spring Rolls! 

Lisa will take us through a real-time demonstration of Spring Roll ingredients, preparation and cooking. 

This event will be designed for you to be able to follow along in your kitchen (ingredient lists will be emailed to attendees in advance) or you're welcome to simply watch the demo and learn how to make them for another time!

Lisa says: "Simple and fresh food has always been very important to me.  With two growing boys 5 and 7, I want to know that what I'm feeding them is healthy and tasty.  As picky as they are, I have found some recipes that they love and I want to share with you.

I'm originally from Shanghai, China. I moved to the US for college back in 2005 to study accounting.  I received my undergrad and MBA from Rider University and my CPA after that.  My husband and I moved to NYC in 2012 and have been here ever since.  I'm currently a Controller for a mergers and acquisitions firm but my passion is food, travel, and classical piano.  Before the pandemic hit, I was attending a night class for classical piano at Julliard. My husband and I with more time at home due to the pandemic, started our YouTube Channel "Two City Foodies" as a way to share our passion for food and travel.  We do it out of pure fun and enjoyment. We love sharing our recipes and finds with people."
